The Pre-Mediation and Intake Session is a 1.5 hour individual and confidential session. It is a requirement that each party participate in an intake session before attending the joint mediation session. In this session will gather all relevant information necessary to assist you in your matter. All sessions are held on zoom.

Costs Includes:

1.5 hour session with the mediator

An invitation to the other party (If you are the initiating party)

The issuing of a Section 60i Certificate if required

*Cost is per person and GST excluded.

What will be discussed?

We will discuss all relevant information about your situation, including the children, past and present arrangements and future needs and wants. We will also discuss any concerns you may have. During this session, we also assess any risk and safety concerns you may have for yourself, the children, or the other party. We will also provide information on preparing for your joint mediation session.
