Reading of Documents: Court Ordered Mediation
If you already have a matter in the court, you may be ordered to attend Family Dipsute Resolution (FDR). When the Court makes orders for you to attend FDR, orders will also be made about what documents are required to be completed, exchanged, and provided to the person conducting the FDR . Depending on the nature of the issues, these documents will include documents filed with the Court (such as Applications, Responses, Affidavits), and expert reports, valuations and confidential case summaries. The FDR practitioner will be required to view these documents before your pre-mediation intake session.

Each party will be billed for the reading of the documents.
